The aim is to constantly improve the ecological and economic efficiency of industrial water utilization. For this reason the Subject Division pursues the exchange of ideas and experience among R&D experts from different disciplines, e.g. industrial production, process development and environmental technology, engineering, engineering firms, associations and the relevant authorities. It identifies essential new areas of demand in development and application, and promotes technology transfer from scientific research to industrial implementation.
