The poster presentation of latest results is an important facet of the scientific programme. The posters will be presented and numbered according to the poster programme.
Posters should be mounted until Monday, 30 May 2016, 9.00 and to be removed at the end of the conference on Friday, 3 June 2016.
The poster discussions will take place
- Monday, 30 May 2016, 17:30 - 19:00 and
- Tuesday, 31 May 2016 17:30 - 19:00
Drinks ans snacks will be served. The authors are asked to be at their posters during that time.
The time for the oral presentations within the topic sessions:
- 15 minutes plus 5 minutes discussion time
The time for the plenary oral presentations:
- 20 minutes plus 5 min. discussion time
Strict timekeeping will be essential for the smooth running of the conference. The lecture has to be presented in English.
A data projector and a notebook will be available (MS- Office-Version 2010, Acrobat Reader (Version 9.3) and PowerPoint Viewer 2007). Please bring your presentation on an USB stick or on a CD ROM. The presentation should be uploaded at the conference notebook preferable te day before your presentation or at least 2 hours prior.
In case you have special technical requirements regarding your presentation (e.g. a video, or using Apple Software) please use your own laptop and make sure that the display screen is adjusted to 1024x768 (XGA) pixel for screen resolution and give us information in case your laptop has only DVI access.
A special issue of the Journal of the International Adsorption Society with selected full length papers (poster and oral) will be published by Springer International Publishing AG.

New authors have to register there in order to get an account and a Password. Then they can submit under "New Manuscript". There will be an option to choose under Article Type "FOA-12".
Authors of orals and posters should submit until June 30, 2016 at the latest.
